Collaborator Profile
Cecilia Bailey
Life Coach and Naturopath
Identity · Life Transitions · Rites of Passage · Wellbeing

Cecilia Bailey is a qualified Life Coach and Naturopath whose work centres on identity, personal wellbeing and navigating life's transitions.
She holds an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy (2018) and has worked in private practice supporting individuals with their health and wellbeing.
She is also a qualified Quantum Coach, with additional professional experience in Queensland Health and hospital environments.
Cecilia is particularly interested in the moments when life changes direction — through adolescence, parenthood, relationships, career changes, illness, injury or ageing — and the questions these transitions raise about who we are and who we are becoming.
Her work brings together professional training, practical life skills and lived experience, with a focus on helping people reconnect with their identity, values, confidence and sense of possibility.

What Cecilia is About
I haven't gone through all I have in my life not to share what I've learnt, if it could make someone else's pathway through life a little easier.
Identity, change and finding our way forward
Cecilia's interest in identity and life transitions is both professional and personal.
Having experienced a stroke in her thirties, she faced the considerable task of rebuilding aspects of her physical independence, communication and relationship with her body.
The experience profoundly changed her understanding of identity, resilience and what it means to adapt when life no longer resembles what we had imagined.
Cecilia does not regard her stroke as something that defines her.
Rather, it is one chapter in a life that has given her an understanding of the grief, uncertainty, determination and possibility that can accompany profound change.
Her experience has also informed her interest in communication and connection, including her decision to pursue further studies.

Rites of passage and the transitions of life
Cecilia has a particular interest in the transitions that shape our lives, especially those that often pass without meaningful acknowledgement.
For girls and young women, this includes the transition through adolescence, changing bodies, identity, body image, personal boundaries, consent and developing confidence in their own voice.
She is equally interested in supporting boys and young men as they navigate independence, responsibility, respect, relationships and their emerging identities.
Her approach to rites of passage combines meaningful conversation and reflection with practical life skills — recognising that becoming more independent also involves learning to care for ourselves, make decisions, communicate boundaries and take responsibility for our choices.
Cecilia is interested in incorporating creative experiences into these transitions, giving participants an opportunity to express or mark an important stage of their lives through something tangible.
A whole-person approach
Cecilia's work recognises the interconnected nature of physical wellbeing, emotions, relationships, environment and the stories we carry about ourselves.
She believes personal growth does not always require dramatic breakthroughs. Sometimes it begins with understanding our bodies, improving everyday habits, communicating a boundary, making a decision or learning to trust ourselves again.
Her approach is grounded in creating an environment where people feel heard, respected and able to explore their experiences without judgement.
She is particularly drawn to supporting people who find themselves asking:
"Who am I now?"

Working together at
SATORI EARTH
Cecilia joins SATORI EARTH as a Collaborator, bringing her experience in coaching, naturopathy, personal development and navigating significant life transitions.
Together with SATORI EARTH founder Nic Anderson, she is exploring a series of collaborative workshops and experiences focused on identity, rites of passage, embodiment, resilience, self-trust and life transitions.
Their shared interest lies in recognising the individual beneath the roles and expectations they have acquired, and creating opportunities for people to better understand themselves and navigate change.
Cecilia may also contribute specialist sessions to SATORI EARTH's developing youth mentoring programs, drawing on her interests in wellbeing, personal responsibility and the transition into adolescence and young adulthood.
